I admit, all I need is a good excuse to make a charcuterie board (also known as a snack or grazing board). They’re so much fun to make and the possibilities are endless!

And, with Valentine’s Day approaching what better time is there to pull together a fun and creative charcuterie board to show your family just how much they’re loved!

The best thing about charcuterie boards is that they’re completely customizable and they can be made for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or really… for anytime! And, when it comes to flavor combinations, the sky is literally the limit. From sweet and salty to rich and decadent – anything goes as long as your tastebuds are in the mood.

If you’ve never created a charcuterie board before, don’t be intimidated!

Most of our suggestions below have links to easy step-by-step instructions and pro-tips. Don’t own a big wooden board? No problem – you can use things you have on hand, like serving trays, baking sheets, or any flat surface that’s covered with a food-safe layer like wax or parchment paper.

To jump-start your creativity this Valentine’s Day, check out these Valentine’s charcuterie boards that’ll make your family feel loved.
