As a mom of three, I’m always on the hunt for easy breakfast, lunch, and snack ideas for my kids… that’s why I’ve become mildly obsessed with muffins!

The cool thing about muffins is that they’re easy to make, versatile (seriously, there are way too many flavor combinations to count) and they’re a great way to satisfy even the pickiest eater’s appetite! Plus, they make a fabulous “grab n’ go” breakfast, after-school snack, or addition to any teen’s lunch!
