It’s summer break, which means our kids are home and, if your kids are anything like mine, they’re constantly raiding the fridge and pantry looking for something to eat.

“I’m not in the mood for that.” 

“That’s gross, no.”

“That requires cooking and I don’t want to cook.”

“Moooom… that’s BORING.”

“There’s nothing good to eat in this house.”

That’s why I decided to round up a few healthy snack ideas they’d actually like. You know, that aren’t boring and they’d actually eat. 

From healthy and easy grab-and-go snacks they can whip up themselves to tempting snacks that taste far more like a dessert, there are so many amazing healthy summer snacks for teens here – 50 in all!
