This post: 25 Smoothie Recipes for Teens to Brighten Up Their Morning

Let’s face it, teenagers (most teenagers, anyway) aren’t typically very chatty or energetic in the morning. I know mine certainly aren’t.

Not only are my kids not particularly engaging in the morning, the older they’ve become, the less successful I’ve been getting them to eat a healthy breakfast.

That’s why I decided to start making smoothies. And, frankly, I’ve become somewhat obsessed (and so have my kids). There are so many amazing smoothie recipes to choose from – literally something for everyone! And, the best part is, the vast majority of smoothie recipes are healthy. In fact, smoothies are a perfect way to pack in as much nutritional punch as possible into one quick, easy, grab-and-go drink.

From berry smoothies bursting with flavor to creamy and thick smoothies that mimic classic desserts teens love, we gathered 25 amazing smoothie recipes for teens to brighten their morning.

So, go ahead! Plug in that blender, grab those ingredients and give these smoothies a whirl!
