Thank you all for providing insight into what you want!

Before we dive into all the pages you’ll have access to when you download the free printable student binder, there are a few things you’ll need to put your binder together:

SUPPLIES FOR PRINTABLE STUDENT PLANNER 2023-2024

  • A 1/2 inch or 1 inch 3-Ring Binder: I really like this 1/2 inch binder with a clear view cover.
  • Dividers: I found these that match the colors of the student binder. You can write directly on these tabs or do what I did and put labels on them.
  • Label Maker: If you decide to make labels for the tabs, this label maker with clear tape would work great!
  • 3-Hole Punch: This one from Amazon is priced right.
  • Printer Paper: Any printer paper will work. (I printed all my pages on a heavier paper stock so they would be a little sturdier.)
  • JUST FOR FUN: You don’t need these, but check out these cute planner stickers!

Here’s what you’ll receive when you download the

FREE Printable 2023-2024 Student Planner!

Printable Student Binder 2023-2024 Cover Page

Who says student planners have to be boring? Our printable student planner 2023-2024 cover page is colorful and fun with a motivational quote to inspire you!

“This Binder Belongs To” Page

Students can write their name, cell phone number, and/or email address on this page so if their binder is misplaced or they happen to leave it in one of their classes, they’ll have the reassurance of knowing their binder will be returned.

Class Schedule

This handy page makes it easy for students to keep track of their class schedule whether they’re in middle, high school, or college. It’s especially helpful for college students who need to keep track of classes, labs, and the buildings on campus where their classes are held.

Assignment Tracker

Students can be sure they’ll never miss an assignment with this Student Planner Assignment Tracker page. Every time they’re given an assignment, there’s plenty of room to write the class, assignment, due date, and the grade received so they’ll always have a clear picture of their completed assignments and the grade received for each.

Exam Schedule

Take it from a mom of high school and college kids, when your kids have a ton of exams to study for it can be confusing for them. This Exam Schedule makes it easy to keep track of exams, the date of each exam, and what the student needs to know, so when it comes time to study, they’ll always know where to put their energy.

Grade Tracker

It’s always good for students to know exactly where they stand in all their classes. This Grade Tracker will help organize all their assignment and exam grades so they always have a clear picture of their grade(s) in every class.

Project Planner

Whether they’re tackling a project solo or managing a project as a group, this Project Planner Page makes it easy to keep track of the project details, materials needed, ideas for the project, and contact information for everyone involved in the group project.

12 Months at a Glance

August 2023 through December 2024 (every page has a motivational quote!)

Now students can view each month at a glance so they can stay on top of their schedule, deadlines, holidays, celebrations, events, or any other important dates! Plus, every single month has a motivational quote!

2-Page Weekly Planner

This page is especially handy for students who are juggling a busy weekly schedule. Jot down everything from class assignment due dates and their weekly work schedule to practice days & times, and plans with friends. Plus, there’s plenty of room to jot down priorities for the week and extra notes or reminders.

“Get It Done Today” To-Do List

One of my favorite pages in the Free Printable Student Binder is this Get It Done Today page! It offers a quick glance at your day. Everything from tracking meals (great for students who are trying to eat healthier) and water consumption (because water helps with focus and energy) to things to buy and priorities for the day. This awesome page is THE go-to page so students can tackle their daily never-ending to-do list with ease!  Plus, they can write their favorite motivational “words to live by” so they stay inspired throughout the day!

Work & Activities Schedule

Work, internship, job, sports, practices, and clubs – so many activities to keep track of and juggle! Now students will never miss a practice or a club meeting with this easy-to-read Work and Activities schedule.

My Sorority Calendar

Every sorority girl needs this calendar! Now she can stay on top of all those sorority dates including recruitment dates, big little reveals, weekly chapter meetings, formal and date dash nights, philanthropic events, and any other sorority events that pop up throughout the year.

Important Dates

Want to keep track of those concerts you plan to attend? What about the upcoming family reunion your mom wants you to attend? This “Important Dates” page is the perfect place to put all those important dates so you never forget!

Goals for the Month

They say a dream is just a dream without a goal. This “Goals For The Month” page is a thought-pondering page that will help students think about areas in every aspect of their life and how they can improve. From grades and their health to managing money and self-love, this handy printable student binder “goals” page will help them be the best they can be!

Fitness Tracker

When you’re a busy middle schooler, high schooler or college student, staying on top of your health can be challenging. This handy Student Planner Fitness Tracker allows students to write in their physical activity and duration every single day of the week so they know exactly how many minutes (or hours) they’ve worked out every week.

Birthday Calendar

With this handy Birthday Calendar page, students will be able to keep track of everyone’s birthday! From immediate family members and relatives to sorority sisters and besties, this page makes it easy so they never miss a birthday.

Printable Student Planner “Notes” Page

Need to remember something important? Jot it down! This notes page has tons of room to write down everything from a college grocery list and a reminder to call mom to date night details and family gatherings.
